Our Peaceful Chef Warrior, Jesse, has always had a love and passion for food and art. And for almost 30 years he has been able to share that love and passion with others.
Coming from an artistic family with both of his parents being avid photographers, his mother an author, and his father a musician, it was no surprise that Jesse found his way into the culinary arts. He began his stint in culinary school in NYC in the late 90’s. Later working in various restaurants and eateries in the city and along the Long Island sound. Jesse later took those skills and used them in various markets like Las Vegas, Miami, St. Thomas, and more, continuing to grow, explore, and expand his palate.
Jesse’s journeys later took him to yachts, where he was able to blend his love for food with his love of the water and travel. Accessing the global markets bought with it new levels of elevation and excitement into his food. Whether Jesse is serving one of his celebrity clients a private meal for 2 or a family gathering of 20 each dish is made with precision, care, dedication, love, and joy.
